Looks like he just joined. Maybe he thinks everytime you Post you get paid, not sure but yeah hes pretty stupid.
He joined on July 15th. Been posting more often as time passes. And the dots keep increasing while he posts closer and closer to the previous post. It's crazy but it's got me freaking out:
