What happened to the player who refused Man United to go to college

in #funny7 years ago

Olivier Gill made an interesting decision, refusing Manchester United to go to the University.
In December 2009, Olivier Gill, son of Manchester United's chief executive, David, was in the reserve bank in the first team in the Champions League match against Wolfsburg, reports Gazette Express.

But 18 months later he rejected United's contract in order to go to economic studies at the faculty.

"It was a tough decision," said Gill, now 26-year-old.

"Sometimes I repent of the decision taken when working long hours, but I am not so repentant."
