I'm into my second half century, but still don't think of myself as old. Sometimes my body reminds me, but I'm actually fitter than most of my life since I took up running. I don't get up really early, but I rarely stay in bed late. I'm hoping that looking after myself and medical science man I have a good few years left to get around to things I want to do.
Finding ways to exercise without hurting myself really has been key. And I know I am really lucky to still be able to do almost everything I enjoy.
