I think it is a fake.
iraqi soldiers and militias of PMF (most of them shiites) do that to prisoners of the enemy. i say that because iam iraqi man , and know stories that soldiers humiliate, kill, torture prisoners all the time and do that because think is type of Psychological warfare
but that wrong
i classify who do that as psychopaths (Whatever his argument for doing this)
