Honestly, it's not worth the time or effort to try and keep this place clean. I won't tolerate any more troll or spammers on my posts though and any that cross my path will be permanently flagged.
I know what you mean. I always admired you for being one of the few whales willing to use their stake to flag bad actors, but it's like a never-ending battle. I enjoy the posts you've been making recently to get people more engaged in a constructive/trollish way.
If more people did what you did, there would be a lot less trash on the platform, but most peeps are too focused on that ROI.
I personally think the ROI comes faster when people are actually having fun and enjoying the place versus viciously trying to squeeze every drop of Steem out of the blockchain.

How can it be fun? Flagging or downvoting?
Because you get to see scammers, spammers, trollers and people who are just dicks whining and crying to stop flagging them, or just see their account failing.
Anyone's inner sadist will enjoy this since those pricks are stealing value of valuable content (they earn money without adding value to the steemit blockchain, over the backs from people who do).
I am having trouble contributing to the value of steemit content and so are many others. For all those people it will be a relief to see people who are just spamming stuff while making profits fail.
At least that is my opinion and that is how I think it will be fun to see.
Do it without hesitation, but not me, please hahaha.

I could say it's been alright on here, in the year since joining, but sadly this place has declined too much, and i don't see this place improving again.. flagging the trolls and plagiarists gets tiresome too..i'm considering leaving here too, once i can find another good alternative, much as i follow a few good people, and enjoy their posts, such as yourself @berniesanders.
