The Last Of Us Episode #1

Welcome to the Last of Us series where we delve in to the lives of Joel, Ellie and many more. Last Of Us is undoubtedly one of the best games in PS3 and PS4. I urge anyone who has any liking for video games to buy into this experience. It's something that should not be missed out on. Now, Let's get straight in to the story.

SPOILER ALERT!

Priorities shift very fast in first few minutes of last of us. Joel is worried about losing his job and is burdened by morgage as any typical family man would be. His daughter Sarah on other hand seems to be the carefree but mature and a loving daughter that any parent would like to have. The news of the Pandemic unfolds slowly and the worry about Job loss shifts to need for survival. Obviously Joel is worried about his daughter Sarah and his brother Tommy and doesn't care much about what happens to him.

They decide to leave their home and go somewhere safe. Was that the right thing to, I always wonder. Would have they been safe if they had stayed home? They could have fortified the house with what they had and could have tried to survive. It's not that easy as said. But it's a possibility.

Things didn't turn of out of good for Joel, Sarah and Tommy. Their car gets into an accident and Sarah gets injured. Infected people are roaming around like zombies and are attacking everyone in sight. Joel carry Sarah and runs, while Tommy helps the escape by shooting out the zombies. Tommy urges Joel to make the run for it. Joel and Sarah are almost on the verge of escaping but zombies are just an inch behind him. Suddenly, there is multiple shots fired. All the zombies are shot dead by a Saviour: its a military guy in uniform. We are relieved by seeing him. But he isn't relieved by seeing Joel and Sarah. He radios to his superior and receives a negative response. He requests once more but seems to get rebuked by the higher authority. Regretfully, he shoots Joel and Sarah!
