I let my son play games growing up but I was aware enough about what he played to know if it was age appropriate or not. I also made sure he had ample time away from gaming.

That said, I am an adult gamer and I know of a lot of other adults who also still play games. Just like anything else you enjoy, you just have to find time to do it every now and then.

My kids are raised now & I work part time so I've had more gaming time on my hands for a few years now. :)
