Because there not releasing the rest of gen 3 until december so i think theres a small chance after the halloween event gen3 ghosts will stop spawning until they release all of gen 3.
Ahh I getcha. Stopping the spawns altogether instead of just reducing them while waiting for the rest of Gen3 doesn't seem to make a lot of sense but who knows what they'll do.
