Zombie Adventure - Game 11 - Day 11 (Dec. 3, 2017)

Lots more killing but still not much progress in finding the objective.

Objective: Find and recover the rocket launchers and use the 6 supplied rocket-bombs to wipe out some zombies. The launchers have a range of 3 spaces and cannot miss. EVERYTHING in the targeted square is killed. ENJOY!

Players turn from day before:

(2) miniature-tiger [x-bow, x-bow, x-bow] Moves W & S. Attacked the Walker but failed.
(3) justatouchfey [torch, gasoline, bat, x-bow] Failed to kill the walker in the Eastern spawn zone 1st try but succeeded in 2nd. Searched the car and found nothing.
(5) rayne122 [axe] Kill the Walker and move N and N.
(1) vanquish [rifle, CZ-550, axe] Searches the car and finds an axe. Moves N. and shoots at the Walker 2 spaces West and kills it.
(4) mr-karl [pistol, bat, CZ-550] Searched the car and found a CZ-550. Moved North and waited.
(6) safat [bat, rifle, Molotov] Battered the Walker with the bat and shot at the Walker in the Northern spawn zone but failed. Moved West.

Zombie Turn after the players made the above moves: The Hulk from the West spawn zone moves to Player 5.

All zombies pre-existing on the board move:
Zombies spawn at spawn sites:
left rolls a 2 = nothing.
top rolls a 5 = Runner.
right rolls a 3 = Walker.

NEW RULE made permanent:

  • Hulks CAN be hurt by damage less than 2 points and will die by cummulative damage.

Dear participants: If I suddenly stop posting here it means I am likely in the hospital. I have been having pain in the lower abdomen for 3 days and it is not getting any better. I'll try to see my doctor tomorrow, so depending how that goes, I may be late at updating for tomorrow and if he rushes me off to hospital, it may be a while until I can update the game. I hope not to pause the game, but if it happens at least it won't be unexpected.
UPDATE: With 3 people still not having made their move, I will leave the update until I get back from hospital. I can't get in to see my family doctor today at all, so they recommended I go straight to the emergency ward at the hospital.

2nd update:

After a whole day sitting around and waiting at the hospital, I am back home, but need to go back for more tests. The good news is that I didn't require any surgery and was actually allowed to go home!

Since it is so late and 2 players have still not responded, I think we may as well simply skip Dec. 4 and go directly to Dec. 5 as if it was one long day. I will update the board tomorrow morning (my time) as close to my normal update time as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

move west if killed walker anyone then move north and try to kill runner

Player 6

  1. Move East and line up for shooting the Runner with the rifle.
  2. Shoot the Runner in the Northern spawn zone. Roll 3 = fail.
  3. Try again. Roll 6 = success. The Runner has been shot.

Kill the hulk.. Move North and smash the door. :p

player 5

Action 1: Attack the Hulk with the axe. Roll 5 = success. Hulk chopped down.
Action 2: Move North.
Action 3: Attack the door. Roll 5 = success. The door has been smashed open.
Roll for zombies found within, starting at the door: 1,3,4 = nothing, Walker, Walker.

A fun game and very interesting

Shoot at Walker to the W. If hit on first try, move S and shoot at Walker to the East. If not successful on 1st try, keep trying until dead. If someone has already killed the Walker to the W, go for the other Walker. If that is also dead, go for the Runner.

Player 1

Action 1: Using the CZ-550, shoot at the Walker to the West. Roll 6 = success! Walker has been shot!
Action 2: Move South.
Action 3: Shoot at the Walker in the Eastern spawn zone. Roll 6 = success! Walker has been shot!

  1. Search the car again.
  2. If I found a zombie, attack it. If I didn't find anything, shoot the walker to the right.
  3. If missed, attack again.

Player 3

Action 1: Using the torch, search the car. Roll 5 = success! Found pistol and rifle.
Actions 2 and 3 are still available since player 1 already shot the Walker in the spawn zone.

Lol I have so many guns and I want an axe so bad. Okay... Move N two times. I'm gonna explore some open rooms.

Woah!!! How do you just walk through solid doors? Only 2 players have an axe (door opener). And player 1 just got his, so it was all left to one person to open the doors.
You can move N. once. Then there are walls!

Oh sorry, my mistake. I meant S not N.

OK... 2 spaces S. it is, but that building has already been cleared. Of course you can always search, but you could also do that at the car and defend against incoming zombies from the spawn zone. Your choice.

I just noticed that your inventory is overflowing! You need to drop 1 item.
TIP
Always give away as much as you can when you hold the torch. That way the team gets the most benefit from item distribution. My suggestion would be to drop either the pistol or the x-bow. The x-bow makes less noise, so if it comes to a zombie following you or another player that used a louder weapon, you need not be a magnet if you keep the x-bow. Having a rifle is better because of its range, so I would keep that and give the other ranged weapons away as soon as you get the opportunity.

I saw your article when it first came out. Unfortunately, I don't play any console games. Between Steemit and ONE on-line game, my plate is full. No time for other games. In fact I struggle as it is to find the time for the 2 I am involved with. Sorry to disappoint you, but good luck with your initiative! Once steemit has communities, I'm sure there will be a gaming community.
