Zombie Adventure - Game 17 - Day 9 (Mar. 15, 2018)
It looks like the proposed rules for the next game that were posted yesterday are acceptable, so it seems we will use them next time and see how that works out before making any further changes.
Objective: STAY ALIVE long enough to reach the X in the North-West corner before anyone else does!
Players can see a spreadsheet with their inventory and health here:
ctrl + L-click OR R-click and choose to open in a new tab (these are the ONLY solutions I found for opening a new tab/window).

Prizes:
Everyone who plays gets daily up-votes and the winner takes the pot. NOTE that the daily up-votes will usually more than cover the entrance fee!
Winners can also print their own "survival" token using this link.
Zombie Turn after the players made their moves:
A Runner attacks P12, rolls 6, and inflicts the first damage point on P12.
A Hulk moves North because it can see P2 and P11.
A Runner attacks Player 1, rolls 2 and misses it's target.
Spawning
Each time a player moves into an un-charted space (blacked out), new zombies spawn based on dice rolls.
6 spawns a Hulk, 5 spawns a runner, 4 spawns a walker and 3, 2 or 1 spawns nothing.
In case you missed it, you can buy chain-link jewellery here using Steem!

attack player 7
Player 6 (6th)
Attack P7 with a roll of 4, killing P7.
Kill the runner please.
@rollthedice
Player 12 (4th)
Kills the Runner with a roll of 5.
Two good news in one day. That's what I was waiting for !!! :D
YAY!!!
Shake shake shake, you roll the 6-sided die.
You rolled a 5.
Player 11, Move North
Player 11 (5th)
Moves steadily northward in the clear.
my corpse stares at the remaining combatants, attempting to make them feel shame for killing me.
@rolltwodice
You blow on two 6-sided dice, and throw:
First die lands...
You rolled a 2.
Second die lands...
You rolled a 3.
My corpse fails at intimidating the fighters.
Awww...
That's cute!
Player 2 : Heads North.
No whammie, no whammie, no whammie : @rollthedice
At first I saw the 6 and thought, Oh how lucky... until I thought about what that 6 actually represented! YIKES! Surrounded by HULKS and Runners!
Player 2 (1st)
Move North to find a HULK. Now you could do with an axe!
I literally went through the exact same thought process!
Wahoo 6!!!!! OH NO HULK!!
Shake shake shake, you roll the 6-sided die.
You rolled a 6.
Well.... that's not ideal.
Attack player 9 and be safe
Player 7 (2nd)
Player 9 is already dead. Attacks P6 instead and rolls a 1 for a failed attack.
Kill the runner!!
@rollthedice
I really miss the extra moves :(
The previous games allowed for a lot more strategizing and a lot less luck-based!
Shake shake shake, you roll the 6-sided die.
You rolled a 2.
Player 1 (3rd)
Fails to kill the Runner... Oh Ohhhhhh!
Perhaps a modified version of the old game with a prize for the winner?
I'm not sure I am too fond of the prizes actually! Sure it's fun to win, but I dunno if money should be the motivation to join a game?
It also changes the dynamic from cooperative to competitive, and despite my blatant violence I am in my heart a team player :)
You sure had me fooled. It was your challenge at the end of one of the cooperative games that gave me the idea for the slaughter-house game.
Yeah it's fun to goof around of course ;)
Anyway if it's a slaughter-house we want... why not do a proper battle royale next time? Go back to the old rules with multiple moves, let people start with nothing and let people search/run across the map to find weapons to kill eachother with.
And on top of it, each player who dies will resurrect as a zombie one or two turns later to add more chaos and mayhem.
Sounds like it should be fun. I'm all for it if the majority of players like the idea.
