I'll second Bioshock Infinite. Silent Hill soundtrack is a classic. Castlevania Symphony of the Night has to be the tops for me tho.

I'm not saying it's bad, but Silent Hill's soundtracks are as creepy as the game. Or at least some parts of them. Or maybe I just find them that way because I was too scared of that game... Until now, lol.
