We still have manual override (for now, while we are in testing phase) so ur great blog got a great upvote ;) but under normal operation the guild works out how many blogs under promo steem that 3 or more ambassadors voted on and then distributes it’s remaining voting power equally between all of those blogs in order to main rain it’s power above 80%. Once it reaches 80% it stops voting and recharges back up to 99% when it starts the process again
