Square Enix's Forspoken has been one of the most anticipated games of recent years, and its developers have faced their share of setbacks. But despite these challenges, they have not given up on the title and have decided to support it with additional content called In Tanta We Trust.

The newly released trailer for In Tanta We Trust offers a glimpse of what players can expect from the content, which takes place 25 years before the events of Forspoken. The protagonist, Frey, continues her quest to eliminate Break permanently and ends up being transported back in time during the Purge of Rheddig. Players will fight alongside Tanta Cinta, using Frey's newfound magical abilities to unlock new combat strategies and coordinate devastating strike combos against the invading forces of Rheddig.

While Forspoken's development costs were reportedly around 10 billion Japanese yen (over $74 million), the game has generated close to 50 billion Japanese yen (around $370 million) in profits for Square Enix. The In Tanta We Trust content is set to release on May 26th for PlayStation 5 and PC.

Fans of Forspoken have eagerly awaited this additional content, and it remains to be seen whether it will live up to expectations. Regardless, it is clear that the developers are committed to providing players with new and exciting experiences within the Forspoken universe.
