Ghandi the WARMONGER

While studying software system engineering through my university slides i stumble upon a story how Ghandi in Civilization's game became a furious warmonger, it was a bug in code where aggressivines measured from 1 to 255 was given to Ghandi by mistake, because he had lowest possible aggressiveness as 1 but when one adopts democracy it lowers aggressiveness by 2, so ghandi got -1 which caused for points to loop back to 255, making ghandi as aggressive as posible.
