Update: Kale!

Hi, just a quick update on seed starting. I planted kale 5 days ago and am glad to see the seeds were still viable. Which is surprising since the Red Russian was at least 3 years old. Other varieties planted were Lacinato and Blue Scotch Curled. I've had problems with cabbage moths and the Lacinato but the other 2 were never touched. This year I will plant larger and healthier plants in hopes of deterring the hungry pests.
