So i love eating Avocado on toast 🍞 or in a salad or actually with most things, plus it supposed to be a great superfood.

This tree started with me buying an Avocado and after eating it i put the stone in a glass of water, it stayed in the water for about 6 months before it cracked and a shoot came out.

It was then planted in soil in a pot and after a month or so a little tree popped up, i kept it in that pot for another 6 months to allow it to grow.

Then it got put in a corner garden at my place, fast forward 2 years and this is what it looks like

Looks like i might have a few years to wait for the fruit...

I am in no rush for the fruit as its pretty cheap here with one avocado being about 1 NZD on average

Lime Tree

This Lime tree was not grown from seed like the Avocado but was given to me as a medium sized plant, it has been in this posey for the last 18 months and has a lot of fruit on it.

I will have to take one of the bigger Limes off the tree and cut it like this google search states

Limes are something i also love as you can out them in your Corona beer and they are excellent for cooking...i suppose LOL

In fact i would like a farm and i would plant it out in Lime Trees...why? Well at the moment in the supermarket Limes are $31 NZD per KG - WOW
