Frozen Palace Gardens -

Another frosty and windy morning around -3 degrees Celsius. At least it was dry, but incredibly slippery everywhere. I took a nice short walk through the empty and equally icy palace gardens and around Luiseninsel, and did breathing and meditation exercises on the icy shore of the island. Interval walking was not possible today because you have to be constantly careful not to slip. I wished the queen a good morning and took a look at the hollow tree that had been blown through by the wind. There was hardly anyone out and about so early, most likely because of the icy and slippery paths. Of course, I brought you a few impressions of the morning.
