Unbelievable conduct from the police department. I'm shocked to read about this, and happy that Quinn is on his way towards recovery. Wish you the best in your legal journey, we cannot let wrong behaviour go on un-challenged.
There is much about this police department that must be seen. Gratefully they are making their own bed to lie in. Thanks for your support @mvelazco.
