Use Shortkeys And Save Your Time During Article Writing
I welcome all of you in part three of saving your time during article writing. We are living in a very fast life and everyone is very in his life and is always finding ways to save time. If you are a content creator then this article is going to be very helpful for you. This article is mainly focused to speed up during article writing. In this article, I will talk about shortcuts that will increase your speed of article writing. This will be only applicable on pc/ laptop.
ShortKeys is a Windows text replacement utility designed to help you type faster and more accurately. Here I will share of short with their functionality that will help you to quickly and beautify your article as well.
Let's start.
CTRL A
For selecting whole content use this short key.
CTRl C
This short key helps you to copy a line or paragraph from one place. By using this you can copy content easily and save time.
CTRL V
This short key is used to paste your copied content from one place to another. E.g if you have written the whole article in word or google docs then you want to copy and paste your article then for copying use CTRL C and then use CTRL V for pasting in uptrennd text editor.
CTRL X
If you want to cut something from your written paragraph then select the desired lines and use this short key for cutting. This key will remove selected text and also copy it as well.
CTRL B
If you want to bold important lines or paragraphs in your article then use this key. It is especially important for making heading in the article. This key can also be used to unbold the lines or words.
CTRL U
For underlining important words or heading in article use this short key. It can be used to remove lines as well.
CTRL I
If you like stylish writing then use a short key to make the selected text italicized. It can also be used to unitalicized the word/ words.
CTRL Z
If you have unknowingly or mistakenly written some words then use this key. Remember, it will remove recent lines in your article no matter whether they are in the middle of your article or last. So it is for " undo the last action"
CTRl Y
If you have cut some lines or paragraphs from the article mistakenly then this short key will help you to recover your deleted lines or paragraph. So it is for " Redo the last action".
CTRL N
Use this short key for opening a new file in Ms word.
CTRL S and F12
CRTL is used to save your article as the same file format and F12 is used to save your article in another format. When you press F12 Windows will give your option of file format in which you want to save your article.
CTRL F and CTRL H
Find some specific words in your article. CTRL H is used to find a word and replace it with other words/ words.
CTRL
It is used to add or remove subscript.
CTRL SHIFT
It is used to add or removes superscript.
CRTL L
It is used to align the selected content or items.
CRTL R
It is used to align the selected content or item on the right side.
CTRL E
To move the selected content or items to center this short key is used.
Backspace and CTRL Backspace
Use this short key to remove one character from left side of the cursor and CTRL backspace for removing one word from the left of the cursor.
Delete
Use this short key to remove one character from the right side of the cursor. And use CTRL Delete one word from the left of the cursor.

Use this short key to add the link as permalink in selected words. Adding links like that we improve the beauty of your article.
