It is already quantified in terms of the amount of SP versus bandwidth. We each have bandwidth tied to our accounts based upon the SP.

How many transactions can take place for the bandwidth of 1 SP? That I dont know but I am sure Steemit has it down. Plus, bandwidth replenishes like VP....at what rate I dont know.

I would figure all that data is available...perhaps one of the steem blockchain experts could look it up.

It would be interesting to know....
