Biden administration and UK have declared the war on Russia, along with NATO by extension, by conducting long range missiles attacks into Russian territory thus braking US law which requires Congressional approval for such action. A motion was made to begin the impeachment process.

Russia has retaliated by destroying Dnepr missiles factory, largest one at that during USSR, along with a warning by use of new intermediate range hypersonic (mach10) ballistic Oreshnik high precision missiles against which the West has nither match nor the air defense capability.

Russia aims at striking the new NATO base in Poland after next provocation. The foggy island of UK is on alert as Russia has plans to sink it into the ocean if US doesn't reign in its lapdog.

Besides Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kursk regions, I expect Odessa to be Russian once again and Ukraine to be landlocked within 1654 borders. I don't recognize the election results in Moldova. It could be the next Ukraine in due time.

NATO is on the brink of collapse as in-coming Trump administration would likely take US out of this increasingly failed militarily and bankrupt alliance.

The 850 military bases world wide will start shrinking as there is no more money to support them and with increasing spread and availability of long and mid range missiles provide an attractive soft targets for increasing number of US enemies.

US has lost the military superiority to Russia and China who are much stronger than the West. There could be no negotiations with US as equals since US / NATO has lost the advantage and is now percieved as weak and frankly psychotic and delusional, whose words are not worth the paper nor attention. The colonial chickens coming home.
