Hsiao Bi-khim and Taiwan's latter rain

The Lord says of Hsiao Bi-khim: I have a purpose and calling, a destiny for her. She has known me from a young age, but will more fully know me in time to come. Hsiao Bi-khim is an empress dowager, she shall rule the nation. There shall be growth and restoration under her reign, watch me reign (rain) says the Lord. I will pour out the latter rain upon the nation.
