SC-S29 | Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 5 : Route of Clues

in #geoquestmystery-s29w5last month (edited)

I began my mini-route from Fulafia school gate take off site into the department of the College of Health Science, where I then proceeded to a lecture hall where I had an intensive lecture.

The campus is a branch of the main campus, which is located at another place called the permanent site. The takeoff site is for college of health students and accounting students, for which the faculty of Management Science has been told to vacate the campus permanently so it can accommodate medical students.

The building is closer to the gate and as I walked from the gate I went straight to the building shown in the picture. The building is the first place to see when you enter the campus and at the entrance of the building, I saw some people sitting around the building.

As I entered the building I went into the lecture Hall room 6 which is mainly for accounting students and specifically for MSc students. At the time I arrived inside the lecture hall, students were waiting for the lecturer to come in so they could have their lectures. I am one of the students.

The environment is big and I was able to capture the area view of the building from inside which you can see how big it is. The upstairs is used for offices and the downstairs is used for lecture halls.

Also, inside the school, there is a particular place that students usually go and rest especially when the weather is hot.

The spot is called under the trees which I went to the spot and relaxed myself. It is a cold place where one can sit and meditate, think, or feel calm due to the fresh air and calm atmosphere of the spot.

Hidden Clue – The Order Puzzle

Can you guess the correct order of these three moments?

  • Moment A: An institution where learning and practical is carryout.

  • Moment B: A place where everyone is welcome for learning regardless of class differences.

  • Moment C: A place filled with people, buildings, and nature.

Hello friend, I can see the moment you were walking across the path in the video. As far as I could understand from the footage, Moment B a place for everyone will come first. After that, I saw some trees and chair which would be Moment C showing nature and people. And finally Moment A will be at the end, where there is an institute. Good Luck for the contest, friend.

Thank you for your participation in SC-S29 | Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 5: Route of Clues.
Here is the updated evaluation of @josepha – “SC-S29 | Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 5 : Route of Clues”, following the official Week 5 rubric.

Evaluation Summary

CriteriaScoreComments
1. SteemAtlas Pin & Route Description1.6 / 2.0The SteemAtlas pin code is included with coordinates for Fulafia Takeoff Site. The route is understandable (gate → main building → lecture hall → rest area under trees). To score higher, add clearer route details such as approximate walking time/distance and brief step-by-step directions between the three key moments.
2. Creativity of Mission & Hidden Order Puzzle (A→B→C)0.9 / 2.0You include an order puzzle, but the three moments are written in very general terms, making them harder to solve fairly. Improvement: define the three moments more concretely (e.g., school gate/building entrance, lecture hall room 6, “under the trees” resting spot) and include subtle hints (crowd level, indoor/outdoor, before/after entering) so readers can reconstruct A→B→C with clearer logic.
3. Proof Video (20–60s) – Three Moments in Sequence1.6 / 2.5A video is included, supporting the visit. To reach full points, ensure the video clearly shows the three chosen moments in a simple sequence (Moment 1 → Moment 2 → Moment 3), with brief focus at each stop so viewers can identify them easily.
4. Storytelling Quality (Walking the Route)1.9 / 2.5The walk narrative is clear and grounded (entering from the gate, going to the building and lecture hall, then resting under trees). To score higher, add more sensory detail (sounds, crowd, atmosphere shift) and keep the story tightly centered on the three selected moments.
5. Engagement (Solve others’ routes / thoughtful comments)0.6 / 1.0Engagement is indicated.

Final Score: 6.6 / 10

Remarks

This is a solid Week 5 entry with a clear real-life route and a valid SteemAtlas pin. The main improvements are making the three puzzle moments more specific and strengthening the route description (time/distance and clearer step transitions), so the A→B→C puzzle becomes more fair and enjoyable to solve.
