Steemits first for-hire service: mentorme tag

Okay, now back to this as I got sidetracked by Jeff Berwick who apparently after Google told me is a big deal... is a BIG DEAL! Cool stuff

Just wanted to introduce as a possibility Steemit's first service tag. I would like to see what @stellabella has done be taken to another level. People helping people develop their content.

I would propose in this channel people would seek out and paired with a mentor. Someone who would help develop their writing with them. This would be done over a few stages:

1. First post, story/post is submitted via email to mentor, mentor rewrites posts, presents the post/author in their post and tells their tale
2. Second story/post also submitted by email but content is developed with the author through feedback, alternate phrasing/layout suggestions. Work is agreed upon and author submits.
3. After these initial two postings author is largely on their own but can come back to mentor for feedback on a post before submitting, with no obligation on mentor's part to help develop.

Obviously there would need to be some reward splitting for the content. Off the top of my head I would say it is fair to have the steemdollars from both initial posts be given to the party that does not receive the steempower, even add some sort of rule that for the person seeking mentorship they have to go through completion of second posting to the mentor's satisfaction before receiving the funds from first post. This just to prevent people from abusing the system as intended.
