21st CENTURY IN BHUTAN (Part-2)

In Bhutan it is believed that by saving and shielding of unique culture and tradition would help in defending the sovereignty of the nation. However, due to constant globalization or modernization, the human mind tends to modernize their way of thinking and they shape the way of living standard in society. Government planners trying a peaceful change to a more open modern world with components usually at odds with traditional Bhutanese life ways and try to bring along bonds to society and country/place in order to ease a gradual change. A term 'development’ can be seen as the route to and outcome of modernization in Bhutan.
This is just an indication of improvement, which is frequently only partial, with material benefits. However, in the case of cultural values, degradation of environment, increased rural–urban imbalances and income inequalities, ethnic uneasiness and other problems that can be addressed.

                 It is also an essential thing to have a cultural identity in order to have the peaceful cooperation of civilization. If there is strong self-identity for the people through cultural diversity, most probably they will interact peacefully with other cultures, with respect for the value and religious beliefs as well as the tangible aspects of culture. Tangible culture identities may change in order to meet the improvements of its durability so intertwine of different cultures is essential either. In some cases, the nature of culture or social change can be positive leading to have stronger societal structures and values, but at the same time, it can also hamper minority of cultures, heading to the disintegration of fundamental human values.
