Saturday thoughts about so called limited resources

When the architecture is solid and the capital is fully deployed, but the system still breaks down in production - look at who has admin privileges. In tech and in business, allocation isn't the root issue; governance and testing standards are:

• The Investor perspective: Capital misallocation is a risk metric. Pouring resources into broken leadership or flawed governance models guarantees zero ROI and eventual systemic failure.

• The QA perspective: It’s a classic "user error" at the admin level. The infrastructure, memory and bandwidth (resources) are all there, but bad actors bypassed safety checks, skipped edge-case validation and broke the ecosystem.

If you don't audit the decision-makers, no amount of scaling or funding will fix the deployment. Bad inputs at the top yield catastrophic outputs at scale.
