Only christ can give joy. God is the creator of all but he isn't the father of all and as a result, only those that has consciously surrendered their lives to him have the privilege of being called his children. He has given everyone the opportunity to become his child but it's only those that truly answered his call that has the right to call him father. So not everyone is God's child unless such person has God's seal in his or her life
