They have freezed my account till I finish the verification.

I did a lot of it, the system has been showing the verification failed seems even Google wants scam.

You have to pay around 35 USD(if I remember correctly) to be a devloper for posting you app to the play store, I understand they do want clear all useless/unavaible account, at least I am still using it, I must report them if they really block my account(by playing a way called: fail verification) and refund is must(they would not I know).
