1. Buyer and seller meet face to face or talk on the phone via whatsApp and agree on the price and mechanism
2. If buyer is ok with the price and the terms, buyer have to book his/her flight ticket to Indonesia and inform seller with the arriving date
3. Once Buyer is in Indonesia, Seller will pick up buyer for a meeting and elaborate on the terms of the transaction, such as price, payment, shipment.
4. Seller and buyer may sign a Sales Purchase Agreement if both parties are good for a long time business relationship.
5. After mutual agreement, Buyer and Seller set a date and time for the transaction
6. Seller show proof of raw gold and measure/scale to know the actual quantity of the gold
7. Buyer show proof of the money and count to confirm the exact amount.
8. Buyer will check the gold on the spot to confirm the Purity of the gold or the Buyer may randomly select from the whole gold bag some giving amount of quantity and take to the refinery to confirm the purity and the gold percentage.
9. Once the buyer is satisfied with the quality of the gold, seller will hand over the gold to the buyer and the buyer will release the payment by Cash or Direct Wire Transfer to seller
10. Both parties shake hand and go separate ways. Incase seller need to assist the buyer departure or shipping, buyer may request.
