14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.

Here apostle Paul tells us that our work as christians shall be tested by fire before rewards are given.

We are therefore advised to to let our Christian service be Christ purpose driven. If Christ is the center of our motives, our works shall be rewarded accordingly.
