Need a healthy skin? Here are some tips that will help you maintain a healthy skin with just some changes in your regular diet...check it out

  1. Cut out sugars and pastries from your diet and add more berries and lemons.
  2. Add more pulses to your diet.
  3. Start your day with lemon water, not with coffee.
  4. Eat less meat, more fatty fish.
  5. Say bbye to milk and cheese....lol difficult right?
  6. Make half of your plate fresh or steamed vegetables.
  7. Replace refined grains with whole grains.
  8. Avoid alcohol ( relax, take a breathe, you can take occassionally)
  9. Intake vitamins.
