Remove 'View Image' feature, Google Reprimanded

Google's decision to remove the feature 'View Image' in its search service apparently received strong protests from the users. Many objections because Google is considered to complicate the search for images.

Some users who disagree with Google's decision, criticize this change. They call Google unfriendly to users and degrade the quality of its services.

"This is a bad idea.You find a photo on Google Images, while the picture is not seen everywhere," said one of the netizens via Twitter.

Many netizens suggest Google to follow his rival, Bing, a Microsoft search engine that still has a 'view image' button.

On the other hand, Google's decision to get support from the very attention to the copyright of a photo work, one of them Getty Images.

"We are very pleased that after discussing with Google for several months, our voices are heard," Getty Images said in response to Google's decision.

As is known, View Image feature allows users who are looking for images to see the overall picture which then can be directly stored without having to go to the address of the website.

This step is an effort to protect photographers' copyright and response to criticism from photographers to photo providers such as Getty Images.

Google gets a lot of criticism because the images displayed on Google are considered to have infringed copyright because users can take it easily.

Getty Images even filed a direct complaint with the European Commission. Naturally, Getty Images is furious. The service is a photo library that sells photographers and illustrators to companies, newspapers and other media.

With the 'View Image', image search on Google is becoming easier. People can immediately see and take pictures from Getty Images without permission.
