Awesome, there's actually two dedicated accounts for the contest:

• @googlyeyes hosts the contest and resteems all valid entries
• @googlyprize only resteems contest related announcements

So if you just want to get the contest posts in your feed, you can just follow @googlyprize, but if you're totally into it you could follow @googlyeyes to get all the googly goodness that gets posted here on steemit...

Also, you don't ever have to wait for a new round to commence, the #GooglyPrize is a continuously recurring event, so you can basically post your entries whenever you feel like it and it's always going to be considered for the next winner selection...
