Structural power is the most insidious power because it's not recognised as a power structure, it is seen as self evident. Structural power appears to be awarded by merit, and demands respect as if it was, but it never really is. Structural power demands to determine the frame of the question of forgiveness: As a matter of nature it should come up immediately when someone in the powerstructure is exposed as doing something wrong. When it's someone in the powerstructure being wronged, punishment is swift and absolute, and preceding the question of forgiveness. The alternative is chaos. But is it really?
