Article 13 Vote Limits Sharing of Weather Related News & Images

If you have a couple of free hours on Thursday nights 10:00 PM to midnight, I will be your host, David DuByne for Mini Ice Age Conversations on (Studio A) Revolution Radio. I discuss changes in the climate you see globally and its connections to solar and economic cycles, so we can glimpse into the future. Since these changes occur in cycles, they are mappable and this can then help us to better prepare ourselves for the future. The Grand Solar Minimum is here again on its 400 year cycle.

I have said this before, as the weather extremes become more intense, innovative ways to stifle communications between people would be implemented. We now see this enormous amount of crack down across social media in terms of voice silencing as well as excessive scrutiny to any narrative content. We heard about Article 13 but it dropped off the radar completely, and now it is here again. The FINAL vote in the European Parliament for Article 13, the EU Copyright Directive has already been finalized, but the fact is we have already globally accommodated the handiwork of the lawmakers over there. This can be seen every time you visit a website and a little pop-up window opens that says you have to accept cookies. Websites globally, have already adopted this because of the EU area digital protection law.

If you are interested in the direct document for the European Commission, I have included the link at the end of the article. I believe this is such an important issue, but to my disbelief, has not gotten more news coverage! Literally, nothing at all in the mainstream media. A lot of independent media is picking it up or has picked this up but it did not get the coverage it should have in the corporate media for the vast implications it has for us all.

This directive puts in the possibility of blocking millions of people from uploading or being able to watch any videos inside Europe from the YouTube platform or any social media sharing links. Any link that you share about any type of event is now going to fall into this new “copyright directive”. This includes any photos or videos that you share coming off a news organization, a video site or a website. Everything is affected now, every single word is affected.

YouTube creators then are saying that if article 13 is put in effect, they might be blocking any information into the EU. I like Dill’s comment about this: What does this mean for us, creators that are outside of Europe?

I fall in this category because as a content creator I talk about links like this from Italy which talks about protesters demanding aid for olive growers because of the freezing winter, which is already at its second year in a row, and it has been decimating olive groves across the country.

This has been picked up by all the local news broadcasters in Italy, and then recirculated through all the European news publications, who were willing to take the story.

Now, if I were to use that in my video or in my newsletter, it will not be shown inside the EU.

Since UK is still part of the EU, this would absolutely cover the UK as well until BREXIT completes.

Also, anything that comes out of the Guardian, such as, Italy sees 57% drop in olive harvest as a result of climate change, scientists says, are under this new regulation. This, by the way is talking about cold weather so ferocious and so beyond what plants are able to handle during winter time that entire industries around for centuries are now being affected.

The entire Italian olive production region has collapsed due to losses from cold. Now, anybody who is in Europe that does not have the time to do their own research and can only watch five minutes of ADAPT 2030 videos or read newsletters from oilseedcrop.org to get a full 6–7 hours of organized research in under five minutes, will not be able to gain access.

Even these images showing Greek shelves that were sold bare will not be accessible by anyone who is in Europe.

The gray area is, for example the US Global Climate Change Research Program. This is the US global report, but scientists and academicians from the EU published their works within the EU here. These are republished in newspapers and in different magazines which of course used these as references.

I saw this as well, a warning is stated at the very top. Draft: Do not cite, quote, or distribute. I looked at it a little deeper and it said, “Extreme hottest days dominated by the 1930s.”

If you widen this image, it shows the warmest temperatures. These are the extreme hottest days on record that we had so far, which goes all the way to 2015.

NASA and NOAA however, are both saying that the 4th warmest year on record is this 2018. It was supposed to be getting warmer like they said, but now they said it is the 4th warmest. Expect for 5th or 6th warmest year, as we cruise through this next couple of years of the intensification of the Grand Solar Minimum, but more importantly, I want to point out the chart at the bottom.

In my opinion, they are intentionally lowering the temperatures in the past to make it look as if the temperature has an increasing linear trend. I encourage you to do your own research during the 1930s. Look for some of the old charts, maybe pre-1971, and see what the temperatures were until they started getting into the satellite era.

Continuing with the article, during the 4th warmest on record since 1880, it is interesting that not only did NASA find that Asian glaciers slowed their ice loss, but at the bottom there, “With thick ice gone, Arctic sea ice changes more slowly.” There is then no new excuse for growing sea ice, since the thicker stuff is gone so it is spreading out to cover more area.

Then we have these sea ice assessments. This gets into cross-continental cooperation from Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) in Norway. They are feeding data on the total sum of how much sea ice is in the Arctic in their observations. This however, comes out of the EU, which takes us right back into the gray area of Article 13 and what you can share as links coming out of the EU. Will government reports be still free to use?

What about the ice tsunamis up on Lake Erie? That was in a United States news report, but The Guardian got it from a blogger and now it is inside The Guardian.
Where does this fall in the EU copyright directive? Same goes to any other major publications that may have picked this news story, France, Germany, Belgium or Croatia or anywhere, they are all in the EU.
So who owns the rights to it? Even simply commenting on ice tsunamis which is incredibly rare, is this prohibited too? By the way, these ice tsunamis are happening for the second year in a row.

What about Russian news publications that are talking about Russia pulling back its exports on wheat? This makes the rest of the world that depends on Russian exports go searching for other suppliers. News on this was picked up by all news publications inside Europe and put it in their news headlines. Considering article 13, can you share that?

In addition, USDA foreign agricultural service report talks about China’s total grain production reductions from 2017–2018. On a side note, it was said that they should be expanding, but why is it contracting? Anyway, this brings us back to the Global Agricultural Information network because the information originating from European nations also falls under article 13. So where do these grain reports fall?

US Wheat Associates Report World Production and Use has peaked on yield for global wheat output. We are actually consuming more than what we can produce globally and as we approach the Grand Solar Minimum, all grain crops are going to be affected. Rye, sorghum, wheat, buckwheat, barley and eventually corn, soy and rice will be affected.

I also predict that wheat yields will decrease slightly again next year, and then further down yet again the next, and next year, and this will continue stepping down through 2028. Now, at what point will this event roll over before governments either help us or tell everybody what is going on so we can begin discussing our own solutions.

So what if also, I want to share this link from the EU which I think is an amazing video. This talks about ways you can get greenhouses up and running during a Grand Solar Minimum. This I think, is an excellent way to spend couple hours of your time, Patrick from The Breakaway Homesteader and Brad from Full Spectrum Survival. Am I allowed to share that in Europe?

So basically, there are two choices in the world. The companies come together and say we are just going to completely cut off Europe from any type of social media flow at all, or just cut off because they do not want to risk any of the copyright infringement. AI technology has not even looked inside millions and millions of hours being uploaded across these venues planet-wide yet.

I personally feel that this is a part of control mechanism setting in place, which is a little bit early, to stem the flow of information about all these Grand Solar Minimum effects.

As for me, I am going to continue with my own website here at oilseedcrops.org where I put on my own information and I have already started uploading original written content because in the end, the very basic skill you are going to need is to learn how to grow your own food, or after you grow it, learn how you are going to store all that food.
Trueleafmarket.com also offers heirloom and organic seeds and even if you do not buy anything from them, they have guides on how to get sprouts started in case you want to learn, or guides to windowsill gardening. There are all types of free how-to’s inside there to improve your gardening skills. You should really learn how to grow your own vegetables and get something out of the ground because this is going to be an essential skill set moving forward.

Thanks for reading, I hope you got something out of the article. If you like more information like this I produce the tri-weekly Mini Ice Age Conversations podcast, 30 minutes of in depth analysis on the GSM you can take on the go.
