me as well as many other users, very pleased that you are calling to pay attention to young and new authors on the issue. Such support certainly affects people well, when they see something that they do like others, it motivates the creation of even better content, thank you.
Best thing we can do is to write posts about this grassroots idea, to get the word out.
I agree with you, and if possible I will support newcomers, especially when they make high-quality content. The more of us, the better for everyone.
