Gratitude day 20/62 Silence
Today I want to thank for the moments of silence, in which I sometimes turn off the television or the radio, in which there are no scandals around me, in which I can today my thoughts, sleep peacefully, breathe deeply feel in peace continue with myself, I am grateful for the silence and I appreciate it very much when there is a lot of noise and scandal and I feel that I want to get away from it all.
