Yes, this is said to be the medium from all exchanges it's traded on. Not always 100% accurate though..
How many exchanges are carrying GRC now ?
Poloniex, c-cex, bittrex and the Bitshares decentralized exchange (many web exchanges, stand alone clients, etc).
