What are carbs?
Carbohydrates are a bond between three basic elements being carbon (C), oxygen (O), and hydrogen (H). Looks like some or all carbs may have an equal ratio between carbon and water molecules meaning one carbon per set of water molecules which water is two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen each meaning carb might be C1 H2 O1 at the simplest form in some cases at that ratio.

Types of carbs
Monosaccharides: Glucose, fructose, galactose
Disaccharides: Sucrose (table sugar), lactose (milk sugar), maltose
Polysaccharides: Starch (plant storage), glycogen (animal storage), cellulose (plant fiber)

Glucose: C6H12O6
Fructose: C6H12O6
Sucrose: C12H22O11: apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, garlic, onions
