Aesthetics of firearms.

So, when I bought my AK, I talked to the gunsmith, and he said that he could swap out the wood furniture on the front of the gun so I could mount a light.

I bought the thing for home defense. It will become a more practical gun if and when I make that modification.

Still, I gotta say, the gun is just so damned pretty that I'm not sure I wanna do it. I've been wanting to buy an AK for a long time, and the fact that it's a sexy-looking gun is a reason why I picked it over an AR.

Obviously, I have a ton of other reasons why I chose to get what I got. But, she's just so pretty. I don't wanna change her.
