Benefits of skipping

Skipping is my favourite thing @ the gym. I skip for a minimum of 45 minutes everyday I go to the gym. It makes me light and increases my agility. The above gif is an example of the benefits of skipping
Skipping even for 10 to 15 minutes a day is very good for you for both weight loss and fitness.
