Day 44 - Supplements

As mentioned my goal for this month is to eat 4 to 5 meals a day. By doing this, I will be able to hit my macros (proteins, fats, and carbs ). I have purchased two supplements raw protein vanilla flavor and BCAA orange flavor. I am not a big fan of supplements as I read some studies saying that you don't need to take supplements to build muscle. I can get away with not taking BCAA but protein shake I need as I am working for long hours. Mostly I get a meal out and takeaway vegan meals available to me are high in carbs. So when I do not cook my own food, I will have some shakes through the day to ensure I get enough protein.So far I haven't started tracking my food yet, am still developing my habit of having 4 - 5, meals once its autopilot, will start tracking. At beginning of the month, the focus was food consumption, last week I introduced supplements. Cause in the past I went all out and tried to do everything at once and just failed. A week or 2 from now I will start tracking.

As for training in the gym, every session is focused on strength working on increase compound exercises ( squats, bench press, dead press, shoulder press and etc)
