Yes. Well, it technically never left the pool. Rewards aren't allocated until after voting period has finished. So in actuality, he never really took anything from haejin, but voted that haejin not receive it.
It's the same thing. Stopping someone from taking something it's the same as returning it back. As long as it showed in the potential payout and it's no longer there, the aim has been achieved.
I agree it is the same ends. However, some people believe that it is stealing, and I am trying to point out that it is not.
