Happy Halloween

Just a quick post to wish everyone on steem a happy halloween, stay out of trouble and don't let the monsters and ghouls get a hold of or take a bite out of you, waahahahaaaa.

Fun fact, well probably less fun and more just interesting. The origin of halloween is believed to be an ancient pagan festival celebrated by the celtic people dating as far back as two thousand years. It was known to them as Samhain. The ancient Celts believed the dead could return for just one night to walk among the living, hence the reason we dress up, to chase away the returned spirits. The tradition was picked by other religions and became the world wide phenom it is today.
