these are great although i agree photos are better than words some info on how these were made would be cool. did you handcut them all with a jewellers saw or are they machine cut? lot of hours if done with a saw!

Thank you. They are cut with the help of the machine, further processing by hands.
I'd love to have a metal cutting machine, lazer or otherwise for those repeatative processes every now and then
