what is happiness ??

All people in the world are searching for happiness , we are searching it all around the day .

but do we know that what is happiness ?? Happiness is absolutely a psychological thing . one person can be happy by getting some small thing but one can not.

The person , who expect less , who don't want more ultimately he will be more happy than who expect more .

So , expectation can kill our happiness . we should Refrain from it.
