You may have noticed that your Payout Number ( pending rewards ) for all of your posts are falling each day.
So, don’t get too attached to the payout number in US dollars at the bottom of your posts next to the upvote button until the payout closes.
Click on the down arrow next to the number and you’ll see that the number is only the potential payout.
Clicking on that arrow will also tell you how long it is until your payout closes and is disbursed to your wallet.
Both of these numbers, the payout amount and time to payout can change for a number of reasons.
The amount usually fall slightly before payout as rewards are calculated and set.
A fixed amount of currency is awarded in each 24-hour period and, as new content receives upvotes, your share of that fixed pot can fall before payout time arrives.
The payout amount also fluctuates with the market value of STEEM.
But after the recent hard fork change (HF19),
some time the drop around 40-50% !!!
I will be happy if any of our advisors can explain us,
why this big drop after HF 19 ?

I guess it's because the rewards pool is draining after HF19? Another reason may be the recent decline of STEEM/ SBD

Need more clear answer
Explanation is easy. Each upvote drain steem energy, which is continualy renoving during 5 days. HF19 increased value of each upvote, so first votes was high value, and later votes are having lower and lower value.
You speak about the voting power

the reward pool depends on the price of steem, and sometimes users get crazy rewards like 2-4K and draining the rewardpool for the rest of the users.
but atm I would assume that the falling steemprice -25% has a big thing to do with the decline

Yes, mine dropped about 40%... also I think also due the price of steem falling the last few days but rebounded 😀

The depletion of voting power is an interesting possibility. Any news yet on an official answer? Perhaps we need more resteems.
