Unfortunately I see this kind of thing all the time. Especially when they know somebody is doing it wrong and that person dosen't realize it.
This kind of thing happens to "patriot" types in the court room.
Heather can file documents and "responses" and "demands" till kingdom come, but the first time she follows an order in open court (all rise? step forward, etc) it's over for her jurisdictionally.
And BTW, whether Heather Ann Tucci knows it or not (i believe the former) she is a government patsy setting people up for a rollover of the estate trusts.
OPPT is a FRAUD setup in secret by the Rothschilds under the guise of humanitarian relief.
The real reason that Heather Ann is being charged is because you CANNOT access or use the "TDA" account for "strawman" purposes, it IS NOT YOURS.
Not unless you convert it over and claim it. (No this is not done using a UCC)
Think about it, did your parents create the BC or the SSN? NO. they applied for a "registration of birth" and "trust identification number"
The practice of registering afterbirths has been intentionally convoluted of late, and there are no shortages of "gurus" claiming that they have the keys.

WTF? I've seen them do stupid stuff like this before where they do some stupid mistake but give you a ticket or whatever. Twice they gave me a court date on a Sunday instead of just telling me what they did was bullshit.
