ARE WE AUTHENTIC?

AUTHENTICITY IT IS GENUINE, REAL AND TRUE!

Every being is unique and is consciousness expressing it self. This means each person has unique essence with unique feelings, unique thoughts, unique energetic signature, unique purpose, unique desires, and unique role that is embedded in their essence.

Our process in this planet is meant to be a process of unfolding, in which within the unfolding process each person unique essence is revealed, but socialisation and parenting does not go that way and unfortunately it acts as an impediment towards each person natural unfolding process by moulding and shaping us to serve societies needs.

We from a very young age are tough all things that is considered acceptable and good, and all things that is considered unacceptable, bad or wrong. So all the things within a person that is considered unacceptable we naturally hide them, and by doing we begin the process of splitting ourselves to fit in society and be accepted.
Our personality becomes defined by all the things that are accepted and we suppress all things that makes us vulnerable, all the unacceptable things get buried in our subconscious mind.

So the process of being authentic can be as challenging as the process of awakening because authenticity goes as far as our level of awareness, so if we are not in tune with our higher self is hard to develop authenticity!

Why am I talking about this topic?

Today I had a early start by being at work at 5:15 am to be trained by a senior Baker, as soon I arrived and he realised that he had to train me, he lost himself in stress and frustration and dumped it all on me! Even though I knew all that had nothing to do with me personally, the overall situation crossed my boundaries, made me burst into tears and I left!
I allowed myself to feel vulnerable and to feel any emotion that the situation caused or triggered.

If this happened a few months ago I would ignore my feelings and emotions, not cry at all and force myself to take it all and keep up by suppressing it all with the fear of being fired or been seen as fragile, sensitive, failure, judged, etc

I lived most of my life serving other peoples needs, being polite, and doing everything to be accepted and to satisfy others and ignoring my own… this is a clear sign of inauthenticity, drains and exhaust vitality!

The first signs… need space and a lot of downtime? It is another clear sign of inauthenticity… Denial of your true self expression is the roots of being non authentic!

So the first step to become authentic is being conscious when we are not authentic, and make it a choice! Then the next step Is dealing with the low emotional vibrations that we have to face to become authentic, like shame and also we have to deal with high emotional vibration, learn to accept the great and let go of the expression "it is to good to be true".

Accepting what is real about ourselves regardless to what considered good or bad, it is a gateway!
