Preventing diabetes, it is very important to do. Because if someone has had diabetes, it is likely to experience complications such as damage to the kidneys, damage to the eyes, and damage to the heart. Therefore, diabetes prevention is very important. I prevented diabetes by reducing food and drinks that were too sweet.
As we know, in our daily lives we cannot be separated from sweet foods and drinks. Like coffee, tea, cakes, and many other sweet foods and drinks. But don't overdo sugar. Just give it to taste.
If someone likes to eat sweet foods and drinks every day, then with the passage of time the insulin organs in the body will be damaged. This insulin organ functions to convert the sugar we consume into energy. But if the sugar we consume is too much every day, it will worsen the insulin organ to work. then there will be damage to the insulin organ. So that diabetes happens.
Besides reducing sweet foods and drinks, I am also accompanied by exercise every day. Preventing diabetes, can not only reduce foods and drinks that contain sugar. But it must also be accompanied by regular exercise every day.
For my other health status, I feel very good.
